12 October 2011 Business Meeting

On 12 October 2011, at the Swan Club in Glen Head, L.I., NY, a record turnout attended the 77th Infantry Division Reserve Officers Association Annual Fall Business Meeting. The meeting focused around honoring our long-standing and esteemed member, BG Harry J. Mott III, who with his lovely wife, Mary, will be relocating to Texas to be closer to his family and friends. More will be said about Harry in the very near future, but suffice to say, the General is a veteran of the Korean War, a former Chief, Army Reserves, former Commander and leader of major units in the 77th ARCOM, and the 77th Infantry Division; in addition to a member of the Board of Directors of the 77th Infantry Division Reserve Officers Association, and editor of The Lampette. He will be sorely missed."
